Return & Exchange Policy
We operate a 7-day Exchange/Replacement policy, allowing customers to request an Exchange within 7 days of receiving their item.
To qualify for an Exchange, the item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. Customers are required to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
All Exchange requests must be initiated and confirmed through the designated option on our website. Product collection will be arranged within 7 working days from the original delivery address upon approval of the request.
Once an Exchange request is accepted, customers will receive a return shipping label and detailed instructions for sending the package. Please note that unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
For Exchange requests, a product can only be exchanged if it is defective in terms of manufacturing or is an incorrect item that does not match the original order, or damaged found due to transportation, In such cases, customers may select a replacement item from the same brand.
Customers initiating the Return and Exchange process must choose a valid reason for the return through the website option. Refunds are not provided; however, customers have the option to exchange for a product of equal or higher value by paying the price difference. Customers may also opt to select any product from the same brand as originally ordered.
